The Organizing Committee will arrange transportation to Minsk and back for the participants arriving and departing from international airport Minsk-2 or railway station "Minsk-Passazhirsky".
The participants are kindly requested to inform the Secretariat by either fax (+375 17 2926075 or +375 17 3314675). or E-mail (mos@hep.by) of their flight number, date and time.
The information should come to the Secretariat not later than a week before the arrival (deadline) or earlier at participants' convenience. Deadline is Sunday, September 7, 2008
Please, inform us about your's arrival-departure details, as soon as you have got the tickets. So we will be able to meet you with car or bus.

If you like to investigate the unknown city independently, the address of the ALMAZ hostel is "Gerassimenko str., 8".
If your are the fun of tourism and in addition don't like the taxi, we can recommend to use the BUS No. 20 and go to stop "Gerassimenko". The starting point of the bus is named "Dom pechati" From railway station one can reach there by undeground. Go to the stop "Akademia nauk". If you are going from airport, please, debus at the stop "Dom pechati", and then cross the "Prospect Skoriny" through the same subway.
