Participants from most countries must have Belarusian visas to enter Belarus. To obtain them in time the official invitation should be presented to the Belarusian Consulate at least a week before your departure. The visa fee is US$ 100. To issue the official invitation the organizers need your personal record (full name, date of birth, citizenship, passport number, date and place of issue, date of expire, address). Please do not forget to include the required information in the registration form.
The participants who need a visa are invited to register by the edn of July.
If you cannot receive Belarusian visa in your country, the Secretariat will arrange for a visa to be issued at the airport MINSK-2 upon arrival. In this case the visa fee will be US$ 140.
